Pyrex lovers - stop me if you've heard this one before. This morning, my school's Office Administrator, Mary Lou surprised me with a bag of her mother's kitchen pieces that she was clearing out. It was the happiest start to any school day I've ever had. Thanks Mary Lou!
Included was this Corningware coffee pot. It's so seventies that it subconsciously brings back happy seventies memories of growing up.Also included: a set of Pyrex Spring Blossom refrigerator dishes. I'm so happy that I finally own these. They are very hard to come by and I know they'll actually get used in the fridge.
Ta-dah!
What a great way to start the year! Mary Lou sounds like a sweet person. :) That's my favourite pattern but I've only got the two little fridgies (I use them to keep my garlic).
ReplyDeleteHappy new Year is right! I'm officially jealous Erin!
ReplyDeleteBelieve it or not I don't have a Spring Blossom Green fridgie set!
Isn't it fab when people give us Pyrex? I'm glad you got some nice pieces.
OMG, lovely, lovely, lovely. Happy New Year, btw.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to start a new Pyrex year!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog Erin and becoming a follower!
Love the Spring Blossom pattern. I only have few pieces and no fridges...sigh...but one of these days. Nice to see people give Pyrex to those who really love it.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, I love that coffee pot, I have the smaller version of it.
ReplyDeleteHow lucky you are! We love that print.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year,
Laura and Michele
